Beyond AI Demos: Agentic Angular Engineering at Enterprise Scale (300+ repos)
Since April 2026, the amount of Angular code I write manually has dropped by roughly 99%. Agents produce the code - including changes in enterprise UI libraries with 300+ consumers - and the system still does not collapse.
This talk is a real-world field report on agentic Angular engineering at enterprise scale: migrations, breaking changes, bug fixes, feature requests, CI feedback loops, and the boring-but-critical workflow around Jira, branches, commits, merge requests, and pipelines.
We will look at what actually makes this safe: automated architecture validation, established Angular patterns, and review focused less on every generated line and more on boundaries, reuse, integration, and whether the change fits the system.
